If a client cancels the project before work has begun, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.
No refunds will be issued for delays caused due to lack of information, approval, or response from the client.
In case of duplicate or excess payment, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refund requests must be sent in writing via email with proper transaction details.
